Way back in let's say 2003 I was delivering pizza, thinking about this new game that was in development called World of Warcraft. This was way back in Northfield before I'd even moved to Arizona to start working directly with Flashbang Studios. Before Beesly's Buzzwords!

I thought it would be great to see what the human castle of New Stormwind would look like in game. I'd seen a few screen shots from the beta and then this tune just jumped into my head. Next time I had a chance, I went over to Xeojax Studios (in Paul's basement at the time) and laid out the track. I think this catchy march might be some of the best work I ever did mainly on my own. (Paul and Jon both helped a little bit with production.)

about

It's got snare drums, strong brass section with trumpets and french horns, a woodwind section, strings, and a choir. It's only about half done and needs more dynamic and rhythmic variations.

I'd love to see this in a WoW Machinima.
